About Chelsea Le Roux
Chelsea Le Roux graduated LL.B from North-West University in 2022 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2025. She is enrolled with the Legal Practice Council and practises exclusively in alternative dispute resolution at MV Inc.
She completed the 80-hour family and divorce mediation accreditation with the South African Association of Mediators in 2026, and holds NABFAM accreditation through that membership. Her practice covers family and divorce mediation, civil facilitative mediation and transformative mediation, conducted online or in person.
Chelsea is the newest member of the firm and volunteers with ACR Community NPC on the ADR Court Project, the pro bono mediation service running in the Children’s Courts at Protea Soweto and Johannesburg Central. She brings a young practitioner’s energy to a discipline that benefits from it: mediation rewards patience and fresh attention in equal measure.
